The Visit USA first presents new ski resorts in Utah and Wyoming in the United States to Russian tourists and travel agencies. Consistently implementing the policy of expanding the opportunities for travel in the U.S. for Russian tourists, Visit USA members organized a fam tour for tourism professionals December 5-16, 2011 in the US states not previously represented in the Russian market.
January 26, 2012 the VISIT USA Russia committee participated in the MICE workshop organized by the Association of National Tourist Offices in Russia (ANTOR).
The VISIT USA Russian Committee first participated in 2nd conference and workshop on medical and accessible tourism organized by the Association of National Tourist Office Representatives. The event was held on November 16, 2011 at the Radisson Slavyanskaya in Moscow.

It’s the 2d time VISIT USA Russia has returned to the Far East where the United States is in great demand among tourists, primarily due to its location, convenience of flights and availability of the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok. This time VISIT USA with a group of tour operators participated in the roadshow organized by "Region-club" in the Far East. The itinerary included visits to Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

September 23-30, 2011 “The Second American Week” was held by the Visit USA Russia Committee.
This year educational workshops and business meetings of tour operators with travel agencies took place in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod.
At the invitation of the U.S. Consulate General in St. Petersburg and the Museum of coffee created in 2008 in the northern capital, VISIT USA Russia took part in the presentation of Hawaiian coffee from Kona (Big Island of Hawaii), where the committee presented to the visitors and the press ample opportunities to travel in Hawaii.
